Pharmacy Weight Loss Tamworth is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Tamworth and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. A prescription will be issued solely at the professional discretion of our clinician based on your medical history and questionnaire responses.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the document and cannot be transferred or resold. It is your responsibility to ensure your medical information remains up to date with us.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders that are approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked delivery services; a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications where required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines in line with UK pharmacy law and patient safety regulations.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We collect and process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for the provision of pharmacy and clinical services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
